A popular video prepared by the local government, created to encourage Olympic cycling teams to hold their training camps in Minamiboso. The model is Matsuyoshi Takahashi, who is a legendary Olympian who participated in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics in road racing. He currently lives in Minamiboso and acts as the Chairman of the Minamiboso Cycle Tourism Association, as well as coaching a womens racing team called MOPS.

Private Video of Local Cycling Teams Vol. 1

A private video shot by a local freelance cameraman, Tomomi Okauji, to introduce and promote the Minamiboso area via cycling. The teams appearing in the video are Minamiboso Cycle Tourism Association and Boso Jinja Ride, which is a team consisting of local shrine priests. They ride through farm roads and stop by local shrines and restaurants.

A continuation of Vol.1. This time, teams ride along different routes/places such as Haraoka beach, Green Line and Cape Taibusa. These videos were displayed during a nationwide cycle event called “Cycle Mode”.

A video shot by “Adventure Japan”, a multilingual media promoting Japan overseas. This video is focused on the Minamiboso area and the models ride along popular spots such as Nokogiriyama/Nihon-ji, Hota Shogakko and Haraoka beach. Nokogiriyama was selected 2nd in the Nikkei review of the must-sees of “Deep Japan”.
